There’s no denying that more and more people are following the dopamine trend. More and more people are choosing to dress in bright colors and hues to make their days happier, especially after experiencing a seemingly endless pandemic. According to Pantene, this trend influenced designers at New York Fashion Week in their color palettes. In its Fall/Winter Trend Report, Pantene selected the 10 most featured colors during Fashion Week that serve as inspiration for the season. These colors include bright yellows, greens, reds, blues and fuschia. The bold colors that Pantene has chosen as the trend colors for the season will no doubt be carried over to retail stores as more and more people look to brighten up their dark days with vibrant hues.

Whether or not you decide to dip your toe into bright colors this season with a full pop or with vibrant accent pieces, the bright color trend is always a good idea. Atlantic-Pacific founder Blair Eadie knows exactly how to incorporate vibrant hues for the winter season, for example (via Instagram). Whether you opt for a bright blue ruffled dress or a metallic pink suit, these hues will make a statement against a dark sky. Another option that may work better with ordinary daytime attire is to add a vibrant handbag or jacket to stand out from a neutral outfit.
